Once you know where you're applying, check this page out to see what scholarships you should apply for! This is for Minnesota schools only, but if you're applying out of state, you should look at those schools' website for opportunities as well.
Audrey A. Lundeen Bluebird Scholarship: Open to students who plan to continue to participate in music, theater, dance and other performing arts in college (need not be a fine arts major.) $2000 scholarship.

Minnesota Credit Union Foundation: Open to students who are members of any credit Minnesota credit union (must have an account separate from your parents). Winners selected based short essay. No minimum GPA required!

Alworth Scholarship: Large, renewable scholarship (up to $20K) for NE Minnesota students pursuing a 4 year degree in math, science and medical fields. Must have a 3.5 or better GPA and a 25 for better ACT.

Blandin Grants: awards ranging from $1000-$4500 annually. For low-middle income families in the Itasca county area. Not based on GPA or class rank.
Deadline: March 1

MI Tech Iron Range Alumni Scholarship: $500 scholarship for grads of any Iron Range high school in the top 25% of his/her class who plans to attend Michigan Tech.
Deadline: March 1
Northland Vietnam Veterans Memorial Foundation: Open to students who are relatives of a Vietnam vet (child, grandchild, niece/nephew, also step family.) Applicants are asked to interview a vet and write a short essay as part of their applications.
Deadline: May 10
