Ross Resources has 1 full-time position available for a Truancy Prevention Specialist. This position will be located in ISD #319, Nashwauk-Keewatin. This full-time position is a 9-month, 1400 hour/year position that runs the duration of the school year. A four-year degree in human services, corrections or related field is strongly preferred, but a Bachelor’s degree in another field, an Associates degree, or related work experience would also be considered! Candidate must have excellent communication and decision- making skills and must have the ability to work with at-risk youth and families. Congratulations to Nashwauk-Keewatin's very own Mr. Joe Gabardi for receiving a $50,000 grant from Harbor Freight for Teaching Excellence! WE are proud of YOU!


We had a bunch of kids receive awards today in grades K-5 for their good character and strong work ethic in the classroom! Thanks to the Stars of Honor Program in conjunction with the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities Gophers who rewarded these students with an opportunity to attend a MN Golden Gopher Football game on Saturday, November 4th against the University of Illinois. Families of these students please see the award for how to obtain tickets. Congrats to all!
