As we head into a busy season of athletic events, we want to remind all families of the following important expectations to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone:
🔹 Adult Supervision Required:
All students in Kindergarten through Grade 6 must be accompanied by an adult to attend any athletic event, including volleyball, football, basketball, etc.
🔹 Stay in Designated Areas:
When events are held at the new school, students must remain in the gym area for the duration of the event. They are not permitted to wander the building, visit lockers, or access other areas of the school.
🔹 Community Gym (small gym) is Off-Limits:
During JV and Varsity games, students should not enter the community gym at any time.
🔹 No Re-Entry Policy:
Once students enter the event, they are expected to stay. If a student chooses to leave the venue, they will not be allowed to re-enter.
We appreciate your help in reinforcing these guidelines with your child to support a safe and respectful environment for our student-athletes, staff, and community members.
Thank you for your cooperation and continued support!
